01. Inquiry

Complete the inquiry form with as detailed as possible to help us get to know you more and bring your perfect wedding vision to life.

02. Discovery Call

I’ll get back to you within 1-3 business days to schedule a consultation call, where we can dive deeper into your signage needs and brainstorm any other ideas you have. This step is important to me because it gives us the chance to connect virtually and learn more about your unique story!

03. Proposal

Once I’ve learned more about you and your vision, I’ll send you a custom proposal with all the details we discussed.

04. Secure the date

Complete the proposal and secure your date by paying the retainer fee. We can cross of wedding signage and calligrapher off your list!

05. Design Process

We’ll finalize all the details, including signage wording and your guest list, at least 6 weeks before your wedding. Mock-ups will be provided for your approval to ensure everything is just right.

06. Celebrate!

Once everything is ready, you can pick up your signage on the agreed date, or I can deliver it to you or your venue in the Bay Area for an additional fee. Now, it’s time to celebrate!
